Shipping policy

CinemaShop® Free Shipping is included for the lower 48 United States on any item purchased in our shopping cart. It is the standard ground shipping provided by UPS, FedEx or Common Freight Carriers. On larger items (such as larger interior products), the driver will perform a curb-side drop off of the item and may need the assistance of 2 people. Many orders are shipped out within 2 to 5 business days and most orders are shipped out within 7 business days. Our theater signs take about 2 weeks for black and satin silver, 3 weeks for satin gold. Add about 2 to 5 business days for the shipper to get it to you for a total of usually under 14 days total shipping time door to door. Bigger custom orders and large quantities can take up to 8 weeks to manufacture - contact us for specific shipping information.

All shipments received by you that seem damaged must be noted to the freight carrier, then refused and returned to the address on your shipping label for claim processing. You must report any damage claims immediately so that the party responsible for the damage can make amends. CinemaShop® will not be held responsible for any shipping damage and you may have to claim freight damage with your own insurance company, if you do not note it with the shipping carrier.
