Refund policy

There are no returns for refunds or exchanges on custom manufactured products, including: theater interior products; star ceilings; acoustic panels; seating products; all poster cases, frames and marquees; all cinema signs; all metal theater decor products. CinemaShop® accepts product returns for refund (except for the products listed above and some others) for 30 days after purchase date under the following conditions: Unopened products in perfect condition may be returned up to 30 days for a refund, minus a MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE. The original box and packing must be included with any potential return.

Any product not in perfect resalable condition is subject to at least a 15% restocking fee and may be more, depending on condition. Once a product has been assembled or installed, absolutely no refunds are permitted - only defective exchanges will be permitted, if necessary. Product return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Also, all shipping charges that we pay on your behalf for your original order are not refundable.
