It's easy to order online securely, use our secure contact forms, or call our product experts toll free. We are not yet required to collect state sales taxes except in our home state of Minnesota and Florida state tax on our Theater Signs. We also ship any products purchased through our online shopping cart free of charge. Please note that all custom quoted products have the shipping itemized as a part of a custom package deal.
Contact us about quantity discounts and package deals, plus for any custom project you may have, as most of our products can be made to your own specifications. We also offer an additional 3% discount for paying by check and contact us via email, or call toll free for the details.
CinemaShop® prices & specifications are subject to change at any time. The CinemaShop® reserves the right to refuse to deal with any person for any reason. The CinemaShop® is not responsible for any data entry errors, including pricing errors on the CinemaShop.com web site.
Many orders are shipped out within 2 to 5 business days and most orders are shipped out within 7 business days. Carpet takes 2 weeks to manufacture and our theater signs take about 2 weeks for black and satin silver, plus 3 weeks for satin gold. Add about 2 to 5 business days for the shipper to get it to you for a total of usually under 14 days total shipping time door to door. Custom orders and large quantities can take up to 8 weeks to manufacture- contact us for specific shipping information.
All shipments received by you that seem damaged, must be noted to the freight carrier, then refused and returned to the address on your shipping label for claim processing. You must report any damage claims immediately so that the party responsible for the damage can make amends. CinemaShop® will not be held responsible for any shipping damage and you may have to claim freight damage with your own insurance company, if you do not note it with the shipping carrier.
We serve the complete 48 contiguous United States of America and ship everything to addresses within the "lower 48". Some of our products are available to ship to Canada, such as theater interiors, star ceilings and theater signs. In order to ship internationally, you must have your own freight forwarding service in the US that we can ship products to. We'll either include our free shipping for shopping cart purchases to your US freight forwarder, or for custom products, we'll list the shipping cost to your US freight forwarder for them to then ship internationally.
Initial product defects will be replaced or repaired within the first 30 days. After 30 days, CinemaShop® will not replace defective products - the manufacturer's warranty is then in effect. Please keep the original factory cartons with all packing and manuals - if you ever move, they are indispensable. Any and all problem products sent to CinemaShop® must be accompanied by a "Return Authorization". To obtain an "RA Number", call us at 612-243-1000, or contact us via e-mail. We will issue you the "RA Number" within 48 business hours. If so instructed by us, products should be returned freight prepaid with the Return Authorization Number clearly printed on the shipping label. Do not write on the product manufacturer's carton, as this will invoke a restocking fee for a damaged carton. Products shipped to us without a "Return Authorization" will not be accepted.
There are no returns or refunds on custom manufactured products, including: all seating products; all poster cases, frames and marquees; all cinema signs; all metal theater decor products. CinemaShop® accepts product returns for refund (except for the products listed above and some others) for 30 days after purchase date under the following conditions: Unopened products in perfect condition may be returned up to 30 days for a refund, minus a MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE. The original box and packing must be included with any potential return.
Any product not in perfect resalable condition is subject to at least a 15% restocking fee and may be more, depending on condition. Once a product has been assembled or installed, absolutely no refunds are permitted - only defective exchanges will be permitted, if necessary. Product return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Also, all shipping charges that we pay on your behalf for your original order are not refundable. Any and all potential returns to CinemaShop® must be accompanied by a "Return Authorization". To obtain a "RA Number", call us at 612-243-1000, or contact us via email.
Safe and Secure:
CinemaShop® is "anti-Spam" and does not use unethical promotional methods. We use secure "SSL" servers for our e-commerce, as it's the safest way to shop online. All customer data is private and will not be sold or shared with any entities outside of our company. Our order confirmations and shipment tracking are e-mailed to you, plus we also mail you a "hard copy" of your receipt. My name is Lance Fletcher and I'm the President and Founder of ElectroShops™, LLC - the parent company of the CinemaShop® - based here in Minneapolis, MN. I'm even a THX® approved dealer, having been trained in home theater design at Lucasfilm® Skywalker Ranch on more than one occasion.
